Unlock your body’s full potential in this dynamic conditioning class designed to build strength, stability, and mobility. Using a blend of resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and both on- and off-pole movements, you’ll engage every major muscle group to enhance control and endurance. This class is perfect for active recovery days or when you simply want to stay strong and connected without focusing on tricks. You’ll also learn safe, effective stretching techniques to improve range of motion, reduce muscle tension, and increase overall flexibility. Whether you’re supporting your pole or aerial training, boosting athletic performance, or just aiming to move with greater ease, this class will help you develop proper form, breath awareness, and alignment for lasting results. No experience necessary – all levels welcome. Pole Conditioning Program (Beginner → Advanced) Goal: Build progressive strength, mobility, control, and endurance to support ALL pole tricks safely and efficiently. LEVEL 1 — Beginner Foundation Focus: Basics, body awareness, grip strength, joint stability. Key Elements: Wrist + shoulder stability drills Core activation (hollow body, dead bugs, planks) Beginner pole holds (chair sit hold, modified climbs) Assisted pull-ups with band Leg engagement (squats, split prep, hamstring mobility) Outcomes: Strength to climb, sit, spin with control. Proper alignment. Injury prevention. LEVEL 2 — Strength & Climbing Conditioning Focus: Building full-body strength for upright tricks. Key Elements: Full climbs + controlled descents Invert prep (tucks, reverse crunches on pole, knee raises) Shoulder strength (scap pulls, pole shrugs, controlled spins) Grip endurance drills Hip mobility + active flexibility Outcomes: Ready for inverts, more advanced spins, and stronger holds. LEVEL 3 — Intermediate Power & Inversion Strength Focus: Conditioning to safely execute intermediate tricks. Key Elements: Clean inverts from floor and from pole Leg-hang conditioning (inside/outside) Superman prep drills Ayesha foundations (handstands, forearm stands, side body drills) Dynamic strength work (controlled drops, transitions) Outcomes: Strong, clean inverts, leg hangs, and stable intermediate tricks.

Cancellation Policy

All Packages and series/courses, are Non Refundable after 1st session. Workshops, Pole or Aerial parties are non refundable 24 hours before the start of your party or workshop. Non Confirmed parties will be cancelled 24hrs before the start of the party. Payment is required for confirmation. Cancellation Policy Late Cancellations & No-Shows: All members, including unlimited and package members, will lose the class credit and incur a $15 fee for cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time or for no-shows. Unlimited Members:The fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. Package Members: You can choose to pay the $15 fee, or If you prefer, you can forfeit one class credit from your package instead.
