I’m brand new. Which class should I start with? If you are a new student or have never taken pole, aerial hammock, or Lyra (hoop) before, you must start with an Intro class. Examples include: Intro to Pole Intro to Aerial Hammock Intro to Lyra Intro classes are designed to teach foundational skills, safety, terminology, and proper technique so you can progress confidently and safely.
How do I register and book my first class? Getting started is easy! Follow these steps: 1.Create an account on our website using your email and a password. 2. Download the app: Spaces by Wix and search for Oceanflow Aerial Studio. 3. Purchase a class package (we recommend the BOGO pack) under the Prices & Plans page. Go to the Schedule and book your class. 4. Read and complete the Release of Liability Waiver (required before attending). 5. Review our Studio Policies, Etiquette, and Dress Code. 6. Explore our Services page to see everything we offer. See you in class!
What is the BOGO Pack? BOGO stands for Buy One, Get One. The BOGO Pack allows you to purchase one class and receive a second class of the same type at no additional cost. The BOGO Pack is intended for new students or first-time visitors Both classes must be booked and used within the stated expiration period Classes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable The BOGO Pack may not be combined with other discounts or promotions This is a great way to try out our studio and experience two classes at a reduced rate.
Do I need experience to take classes? No experience is required for our Intro classes. These classes are beginner-friendly and perfect for first-time students.
What should I wear? Dress code varies by class and is enforced for safety: Pole: Shorts are required for skin grip. Sports bra or fitted tank recommended. Aerial Hammock & Lyra: Leggings that cover the backs of the knees and a fitted top that covers the armpits. Important: No lotion, oils, or body butters on skin the day of class No jewelry during class No rings, bracelets, anklets, watches, or necklaces Failure to follow dress code may result in being unable to participate, with no refund.
How early should I arrive? Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first class. Doors close at class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted for safety reasons and will be considered a late cancel or no-show. Late arrivals more than 5 mins may not be admitted for safety reasons.
Do I need to bring anything? Just yourself and water! All equipment is provided. Grip aids are optional and available for purchase. Water 8oz bottles available for $1
What is your cancellation policy? We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time Late cancellations (within 12 hours) will forfeit the class credit and incur a $15 late cancellation fee. No-shows will also lose the class credit and be charged the $15 fee. Fees are charged automatically to the card on file. This policy is firm and applies to all students, memberships, and packages. All classes and packages are non-refundable. Please review our full cancellation and no-show policy on the Policies page before booking.
Can I take classes if I’m not “strong” or “flexible”? Absolutely. You do not need prior strength or flexibility. You build those through training.
What if I’m pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition? Please consult your physician before attending class. Inform your instructor prior to class of any injuries or conditions. Participation is at your own risk.
What if I’m late or need to leave early? For safety reasons, late entry is not guaranteed once class has started. Early departures should be communicated to the instructor before class.

We’re just north of the new Publix, and directly across from the beach.
🚗 Arrival & Bridge Timing:
Please allow extra time for traffic and parking.
If you're coming from the west side of the Intracoastal, note that the Oakland Park Bridge opens at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour, which can cause short delays.
We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in and start to your class.
