  • How to book: Sign up to our sight, leave a memo on how many guest date and time requesting, what kind of party, aerial or pole? We will get back to you as soon as possible.   • TERMS: Parties must be paid in full 7 days before party to avoid cancellation. No refunds 24 hours before the party. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Oceanflow Aerial Studio Policies

Sales and Promotional Package Policy
Sales and promotional packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and will not be extended under any circumstances, including missed classes, schedule changes, or personal conflicts. All promotional offers are time-sensitive and must be used within the stated expiration period.

We strongly encourage clients to review their availability and commitment before purchasing any sale or promotional package, as exceptions cannot be made once the purchase is complete.​

Why This Policy Exists:
Sales and promotional offers are deeply discounted and designed to provide limited-time access to our classes at special rates. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of these offers, we are unable to make exceptions or modifications once a package is purchased. This policy supports transparency, consistency, and the sustainability of our small business while allowing us to continue offering high-quality instruction at affordable rates.

Studio Rules:

  • Doors open 5-15 minutes before class starts to allow students to settle in.

  • Doors are locked 10 minutes after class begins for safety and to prevent disruptions.

  • Late arrivals beyond the 10-minute mark will not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit their class credit.

  • All students must sign a waiver before participating in any class. The ( Waiver) At bottom of page on mobile.

  • All classes have a 2 student minimum. Oceanflow Aerial Studio reserves the right to cancel any classes that do not meet minimum up to 3 hours before the start of class. Students will be notified via email.

  • No jewelry, zippers, or sharp objects on the equipment to prevent damage and injury.

  • Proper aerial attire is required – fitted clothing that covers the legs and underarms is recommended.

  • Proper pole attire is required - Fitted shorts, tank top or sport bra.

  • Heels classes-- If you don't have heels, we can bring socks to promote gliding. Platform stiletto heels never worn in the streets is recommended( you can find on amazon, pleaser shoes brand)

  • No outside shoes allowed on the studio floor at all time to maintain cleanliness, we dance and flip all over those floors. 

  • Wipes are provided to wipe down your aerial or yoga mats after use. Alcohol spray bottles and rags are provided to clean the poles. 

  • No spectators or guest allowed in the studio at all times to maintain a focused and safe environment.

Booking Policy:(updated 3/26/25)

  • To keep our classes running smoothly bookings must be make 6 hours before class time. 

  • We also have a 2 person minimum per class so grab a friend and make sure your class is a go. Classes with only 1 booking will be cancelled 3 hours prior to class star time. See you In the studio. 

  • Clients must book online before attending class; walk-ins are not permitted.

  • Once you sign up with an email and password to our site, you will see in the members drop down Release of liability, please complete form before class. The form is also on this page. Thank you in advance. 

  • Classes are by appointment only; walk-ins risk the chance of not securing a spot.

  • All students must create their own account online and register for their own classes; bookings cannot be made on behalf of others.

First-Time Client Offer Policy:

  • First-time clients may purchase the Buy One, Get One Free offer for $35.

  • This offer is strictly for individual use only and cannot be shared between multiple people.

  • Both classes must be used by the same client and cannot be transferred to a friend or family member.

  • Any misuse of this offer may result in forfeiture of the promotion without refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:(updated 3/26/25)

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to receive a credit for future use.

  • No-shows and late cancellations will lose their class credit and/or a $10 fee will apply.

  • If the studio cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full credit or refund.

  • Memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

Safety Guidelines:

  • Students must follow the instructor’s guidance at all times to ensure safety.

  • Warm-ups are mandatory before participating in any aerial activity.

  • If feeling unwell or experiencing pain, notify the instructor immediately.

  • No attempting new moves without proper instruction and spotting.

  • Keep hydrated and listen to your body to avoid injury.

  • Parents or guardians must sign a waiver for minors under 18 and be present to take the class as well. 

Studio Etiquette:

  • Oceanflow Aerial Studio is a judgment-free zone – all students are encouraged to learn and grow at their own pace in a supportive environment.

  • Arrive on time and be prepared for class.

  • We love questions! Don't be afraid to ask for clarity – instructors are here to help you succeed.

  • Keep conversations at a respectful volume to maintain a focused environment.

  • No food or drinks (except water) inside the studio.

  • Phones should be silenced or on vibrate during class.

  • Be supportive and encouraging of fellow students—positivity is key!

  • Respect personal space and avoid interrupting others while they are practicing.

  • Clean up after yourself and dispose of any trash properly.

  • For your safety and others please stick to the curriculum in class. Refrain from doing inverts or higher level tricks in a beginner class; however, adding other beginner-friendly moves is encouraged.

  • Refrain from teaching other students – instructors are there for guidance and are insured for instruction.
