Pole 3&4 Tricks
Prerequisite: pole invert(chopper), inside and outside leg hang(Gemini/scorpio), Shoulder mount
Service Description
This class is perfect for those who have mastered their shoulder mounts, invert and inside/outside leg hang(knee hooks. In this class you will learn intermediate to advanced inverted tricks, as well as technical upright tricks and dynamic movements. Not recommended for beginners. Bring water & yoga mat "PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR CLASSES! WE OFFER A 5-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, AFTER WHICH ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND SAFE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE. OUR INSTRUCTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING YOUR WARM-UP, WHICH IS ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR SAFETY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!"

📅 Booking Policy (Updated 3/26/25) • All classes must be booked and paid online • Walk-ins are not permitted • Classes are by appointment only • Each student must book under their own account • 3-student minimum required for all classes • The studio reserves the right to cancel classes 4 hours prior if minimum is not met • If the studio cancels, students receive a credit or refund ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy (Updated 3/26/25) • Cancel at least 12 hours before class to receive a credit • Late cancellations or no-shows: Class credit forfeited And/or $15 fee • Memberships and class packs are non-refundable
