Please note: This is not a structured class. Students should have a basic understanding of foundational movements and be able to train independently. Spots are limited to ensure a safe and focused environment.

Please review the live schedule before purchasing. ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy (Updated 3/26/25) • Cancel at least 12 hours before class to receive a credit • Late cancellations or no-shows: Class credit forfeited And/or $15 fee • All classes must be booked and paid online • Walk-ins are not permitted • Classes are by appointment only • Each student must book under their own account • 3-student minimum required for all classes • The studio reserves the right to cancel classes 4 hours prior if minimum is not met • If the studio cancels, students receive a credit or refund
