fluid groove: This all-levels workshop blends rhythmic, juicy, joyful body movement with pole dance patterns designed to loosen you up, expand your range of motion, and create effortless, continuous flow. You’ll explore how rhythm can open you to new transitions, connect skills naturally, and help you break free from repetitive movement habits. No big tricks, no pressure—just fun, freeing movement that makes everything else feel smoother.

Cancellation Policy
All Packages and series/courses, are Non Refundable after 1st session. Workshops, Pole or Aerial parties are non refundable 24 hours before the start of your party or workshop. Non Confirmed parties will be cancelled 24hrs before the start of the party. Payment is required for confirmation. Cancellation Policy Late Cancellations & No-Shows: All members, including unlimited and package members, will lose the class credit and incur a $15 fee for cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time or for no-shows. Unlimited Members:The fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. Package Members: You can choose to pay the $15 fee, or If you prefer, you can forfeit one class credit from your package instead. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and committed class environment!
