Service Description
Knee pads are highly recommended, bring layers such as leg warmers. A grounded movement practice exploring around the pole, and at the base of the pole. Increase your dance vocabulary in this class. This class is designed to help you build strength, control, and confidence through intentional movement. Low Flow Foundations focuses on fluid transitions, grounded sequences, and connecting movements—keeping the body close to the floor and the pole. You’ll learn foundational techniques such as weight transfer, body awareness, basic spins, and seamless transitions, all at a slower pace to allow for proper muscle engagement and control. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refine their movement quality, this class emphasizes grace, strength, and mindful flow over speed or tricks. No experience needed—just come ready to move, explore, and connect with your body. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR CLASSES! WE OFFER A 5-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, AFTER WHICH ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND SAFE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE. 📅 Booking Policy (Updated 3/26/25) • All classes must be booked and paid online • Walk-ins are not permitted • Classes are by appointment only • Each student must book under their own account • 3-student minimum required for all classes • Classes may be canceled 1–4 hours prior if minimum is not met • If the studio cancels, students receive a credit or refund ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy (Updated 3/26/25) • Cancel at least 12 hours before class to receive a credit • Late cancellations or no-shows: Class credit forfeited And/or $15 fee • Memberships and class packs are non-refundable
