Service Description
Prerequisites: Students must be able to confidently climb, polesit, independently invert (without the need of a spotter), and independently enter and hold an outside leg hang from an invert. This class is not suitable for beginners. Liquid Pole —Move beyond trick collecting and focus on making the skills you already have cleaner, stronger, and more fluid. This class combines fundamental pole technique with seamless transitions, intentional movement, and beautiful execution. Prerequisites: Students must be able to confidently climb, polesit, independently invert (without the need of a spotter), and independently enter and hold an outside leg hang from an invert. This class is not suitable for beginners. What to wear: Pole shorts are required for knee and thigh grip. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR CLASSES! WE OFFER A 5-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, AFTER WHICH ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND SAFE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE. OUR INSTRUCTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING YOUR WARM-UP, WHICH IS ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR SAFETY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!"
