Service Description
First time doing pole, you are in the right place. This class is perfect for first timers and beginners, but everyone is welcomed to join. Students will learn beginner spins, turns, conditioning exercises, and introductory pole techniques. This class includes lifting some body weight and is designed to build strength and confidence. No experience required. We recommend a minimum of 4 intro to pole classes, however 3 months is recommended to learn all foundational tricks and transitions before going to level 1. Bring Yoga mat, water. You want to wear Fitted shorts and sport bra or tank top. You want to wear clothes that exposes skin for better grip on the pole. "PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR CLASSES! WE OFFER A 5-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, AFTER WHICH ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND SAFE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE. OUR INSTRUCTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING YOUR WARM-UP, WHICH IS ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR SAFETY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!"
