Service Description
In this class you will learn the foundations of exotic pole flow. We will condition the body to be ready for heels work and dance. Learn foundational moves and heel techniques as well as how to combine them to create your own combo. Learn how to combine and transition your tricks in a way that feels good to your body while dancing and moving to music. Plenty of freestyle time with prompts.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your class 12 hours in advance without penalty. There is no late fee, however you lose the class credit. Please notify us in advance if there's an emergency.
