This class blends basework, shoulder stands, handstands on the pole, and explosive entries into seamless sequences. Designed for students ready to build strength, control, and precision while moving with speed and intention. Modifications and progressions are provided so beginners and experienced movers can train at their own pace. Expect a supportive, empowering space focused on strength, musicality, and self-expression. Heels and knee pads required.

Please review the live schedule before purchasing. ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy (Updated 3/26/25) • Cancel at least 12 hours before class to receive a credit • Late cancellations or no-shows: Class credit forfeited And/or $15 fee • All classes must be booked and paid online • Walk-ins are not permitted • Classes are by appointment only • Each student must book under their own account • 3-student minimum required for all classes • The studio reserves the right to cancel classes 4 hours prior if minimum is not met • If the studio cancels, students receive a credit or refund
