Sensual Chair: Tricks & Choreography Workshop

In this workshop, we’ll explore sensual movement using the chair as an apparatus —

blending precision, fluidity, and intentional lines with acrobatic elements, sensual expression, and burlesque-inspired elements.

Expect elements like leg waves, inversions, and handstand-based shapes, all broken down through guided progressions and instructor-led variations.

We’ll learn individual skills and refine them into a choreographed sequence, including both chair-based acrobatic elements and chair-based partner dynamics, where you’ll explore proximity, weight-sharing, and movement with another dancer.

All levels welcome.

Participants should feel comfortable supporting their body weight and moving confidently in heels.
