Liquid Motion 1.0 Workshop

Liquid Flow: Whether you’re new to floor work or looking to add fluidity to your floorwork, this 90 minute workshop is for you.

Liquid Motion 1.0 is recognized for hypnotic legwork and slinky, sensual movement style. We will focus on the specific skills of connecting common shapes, the signature liquid crawl, liquid rolls, seated prance, and initiating movements with the hips and pelvis to create beautiful lines. All levels welcome! 

Knee pads required Bring footwear (stilletto platforms are encouraged but socks are also fine) *leggings/pants or leg warmers can be helpful for sliding on the floor
