Level 1.5 Pole Tricks is the perfect bridge between Level 1 and Level 2, designed to help you build strength, confidence, and fluidity in your movement. This class focuses on progressing foundational Level 1 moves while introducing more dynamic intermediate elements such as basic invert to crucifix, cat pounce, side climbs, introduction to intermediate tricks. Expect to refine technique, improve endurance, and prepare for the challenges of Level 2. Ideal for students who have completed intro to pole and pole 1. Bring Yoga mat, water. You want to wear Fitted shorts and sport bra or tank top. You want to wear clothes that exposes skin for better grip on the pole. "PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR CLASSES! WE OFFER A 5-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, AFTER WHICH ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND SAFE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE. Cancellation Policy
All Packages and series/courses, are Non Refundable after 1st session. Workshops, Pole or Aerial parties are non refundable 24 hours before the start of your party or workshop. Non Confirmed parties will be cancelled 24hrs before the start of the party. Payment is required for confirmation. Cancellation Policy Late Cancellations & No-Shows: All members, including unlimited and package members, will lose the class credit and incur a $10 fee for cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time or for no-shows. Unlimited Members:The fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. Package Members: You can choose to pay the $10 fee, or If you prefer, you can forfeit one class credit from your package instead.
