Service Description
Class Format: Each session starts with a warm-up, structured skill-building, flow practice, and a cool-down. The entire series is based on Static Pole Only Progressive Learning: Students build on previous weeks while revisiting key moves for mastery Support & Encouragement: Everyone progresses at their own pace—every small win counts! 4-Week Intro to Pole Series (Static Pole Only) Week 1: Pole Foundations & Flow Focus: Building confidence, grip, posture, and fluid movement. Warm-up: Full-body mobility, wrist & shoulder activation, core engagement Pole Tricks: Pole Dip, Reverse Arm Walk, Log Roll, Back Hook Spin Standing Techniques: Pirouettes, Body Wave, Leg Wave Floorwork: Floor Fan, Basic standing Transitions Drills: Grip awareness, body alignment, and controlled movement Cool-down: Stretching for shoulders, back, and hamstrings Week 2: Strength & Transitions (Revisiting & Expanding) Focus: Refining foundational tricks, adding fluidity, and introducing a new pole move. Warm-up: Dynamic stretching, grip activation, core & lower-body strength drills Review & Polish: Pole Dip, Back Hook Spin, Dance Transitions New Trick: Fireman Spin Drills: Strength-building exercises for better control and flow Choreography Integration: Blending spins with dance elements Cool-down: Hip & lower-back stretches for flexibility Week 3: Flow & Control (Building Confidence & Endurance) Focus: Strengthening endurance, introducing combinations, and refining movement quality. Warm-up: Shoulder mobility, oblique & core activation, leg conditioning Review & Combo Work: Linking Back Hook Spin + Fireman Spin New Trick: Chair Spin Dance Elements: Adding flair—arm stylization, fluid leg movements Drills: Spin control, proper dismounts, and momentum awareness Cool-down: Deep stretches for hip flexors, spine, and shoulders Week 4: Pole Sit & Routine (Mini Routine & Performance Confidence) Focus: Combining all learned skills into a small routine while improving transitions. Warm-up: Core & leg activation, grip endurance drills, flexibility prep Review & Flow Practice: Stringing all moves together New Trick: Pole Sit (Intro to proper engagement & control) Freestyle Play: Encouraging creativity & movement confidence Final Performance: A short routine to boost confidence & celebrate progress Cool-down: Full-body stretch with focus on legs & shoulders

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Late Cancellations & No-Shows: All members, including unlimited and package members, will incur a $10 fee for cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time or for no-shows. Unlimited Members:The fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. Package Members: You can choose to pay the $10 fee, or If you prefer, you can forfeit one class credit from your package instead.
