This Practice is designed to help people feel safe and supported, and to relax and soften the body. A practice that is focused on deep meditation, breath work and deep rejuvenation using props and aerial Hammock. Bring Yoga mat and water. leggings or fitted athletic pants is recommended and long sleeves.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Late Cancellations & No-Shows: All members, including unlimited and package members, will incur a $10 fee for cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time or for no-shows. Unlimited Members:The fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. Package Members: You can choose to pay the $10 fee, or If you prefer, you can forfeit one class credit from your package instead. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and committed class environment!
