LOW FLOW HEELS COURSE(DROP IN)
Service Description
Week 1: “Slides, glides, and pirouettes” In this class we begin a low flow routine that we will add onto each week.We will focus on foundations of ankle stability in the shoes, pirouettes and slides and glides which forms the foundation of future edge work. Week 2: “Bringing it to the floor” We will learn how to transfer weight over the edges of the shoe (standing to floor), briefly review the routine from week 1, and add onto the routine with the floor work sequence. Week 3: “Leg twirls and tilts” We we will explore hip waves, rotations and beautiful illusion splits (tilts). We will add onto our routine from the previous weeks. Although we will briefly review the routine from the previous weeks, we will focus on the techniques specific to week 3. Week 4: “Exploring edge work” In this class, we will explore the sickle, wing, and flex positions of the ankle and build onto our routine. It is expected that students are already familiar with the previous weeks’ choreo.

You may cancel your class 12 hours in advance without penalty. There is no late fee, however you lose the class credit. Please notify us in advance if there's an emergency.
