Learn the art of heels in this low flow heels class. This class incorporate heel techniques, slides, glides, and pirouettes to help you master the art of ankle stability and edge work. Join us each week to build on your low flow routine and learn how to transfer weight effortlessly while "Moving around the pole and bringing it to the floor. Bring knee pads, stiletto platform heels , Pole wear, fitted shorts, sports or tank top.

Cancellation Policy
All Packages and series/courses, are Non Refundable after 1st session. Workshops, Pole or Aerial parties are non refundable 24 hours before the start of your party or workshop. Non Confirmed parties will be cancelled 24hrs before the start of the party. Payment is required for confirmation. Cancellation Policy Late Cancellations & No-Shows: All members, including unlimited and package members, will lose the class credit and incur a $10 fee for cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time or for no-shows. Unlimited Members:The fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. Package Members: You can choose to pay the $10 fee, or If you prefer, you can forfeit one class credit from your package instead.
