Service Description
Elevate your fitness journey with OCEANFLOW AERIAL's 4-week series, featuring one class per week. Develop upper body strength, flexibility, body awareness, and master pole spins like the fireman, back hook, and more. Dive into spins such as attitude spin, reverse attitude, sit, fan kick, and pirouettes, all while learning to move gracefully on the floor. Join us ! Same instructor same peers, for 4 weeks. Course can be repeated to improve proficiency. What to wear, fitted shorts, sport bra or tank top. Test your limits and discover the art of aerial dance at our Fitness Dance Studio. By the end of this course you should feel confident to complete a routine or continuously pole while creating shapes and lines. Week One : Introduction to static pole and spin pole. learn; Pole dance technique, Pole spin x1, Start of choreography Week Two: Pole dance technique x1, pole spin x1 second part of choreography Week Three: Pole dance technique x1 pole spin x2, continue choreography Week Four: Put it all together. Complete Choreo, add finishing spin.
