Service Description
First time doing pole, you are in the right place. In intro to pole we dive into the fundamental skills like pole walk, pole dip, pirouette, front/back hook spins, basic standing to floor and floor to stand transitions and floor work. You will also learn foundational tricks like fireman spin, pole sit and basic pole climb. This class is perfect for first timers and beginners, but everyone is welcomed to join. We recommend a minimum of 4 intro to pole classes, however 3 months is recommended to learn all foundational tricks and transitions before going to level 1. Bring Yoga mat, water. You want to wear Fitted shorts and sport bra or tank top. You want to wear clothes that exposes skin for better grip on the pole. "PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR CLASSES! WE OFFER A 5-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, AFTER WHICH ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND SAFE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE. Cancellation Policy
All Packages and series/courses, are Non Refundable after 1st session. Workshops, Pole or Aerial parties are non refundable 24 hours before the start of your party or workshop. Non Confirmed parties will be cancelled 24hrs before the start of the party. Payment is required for confirmation. Cancellation Policy Late Cancellations & No-Shows: All members, including unlimited and package members, will incur a $10 fee for cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time or for no-shows. Unlimited Members:The fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. Package Members: You can choose to pay the $10 fee, or If you prefer, you can forfeit one class credit from your package instead.
