Prerequisite for this class is basic pole climb and a pole sit. Discover your inner artist with OCEANFLOW AERIAL's Artistic Pole Flow class. This is a choreography class. Embrace a beautiful and fluid movement that will not only improve your strength and flexibility, but also help to express your creativity. Begin your journey into aerial art and embrace the beauty of pole dancing in a comfortable and supportive environment. Suitable for all levels. What to wear/what to bring; pole wear, fitted shorts, a sports bra or tank top, and socks. Knee pads are optional. Bring water, yoga mat for warm ups, rag/wash cloth to clean your pole.
