Prerequisite for this class is basic pole climb and a pole sit. Discover your inner artist with OCEANFLOW AERIAL's Artistic Pole Flow class. This is a choreography class. Embrace a beautiful and fluid movement that will not only improve your strength and flexibility, but also help to express your creativity. Begin your journey into aerial art and embrace the beauty of pole dancing in a comfortable and supportive environment. Suitable for all levels. What to wear, pole wear, fitted shorts, a sports bra or tank top, and socks. Knee pads are highly recommended. Bring water, yoga mat, rubbing alcohol, wash cloth to clean your pole. "PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR CLASSES! WE OFFER A 5-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, AFTER WHICH ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND SAFE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE. You may cancel your class 12 hours in advance without penalty. There is no late fee, however you lose the class credit. Please notify us in advance if there's an emergency.
